Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching for improvement
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue growth
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
